Copper Canyon 09/15/2015

The water source for Copper Canyon is a blend of softened water with well water; not really good for brewing as-is.  For this reason, I dilute with 50-60% distilled water and adjust from there using Bru'n Water as a guide.

I'm considering an RO system eventually but for now the distilled wated dilution is working great.

I've been using Ward Laboratories for the analysis.
