I frequently use "Costco Purified Water with Minerals added for Taste" at one point I found a water quality report that listed these values for the minerals.
Calcium: 2.69 ppm
Magnesium: 0.11 ppm
Chloride: 6.29 ppm
Sodium: 2.43 ppm
Bicarbonate: 12.50 ppm
These are average values.

Woke up at 4AM this morning to brew this brown ale in order to use up some ingredients. This is the first time I used a brew bag with my anvil foundry. Will definitely be using the brew bag in the future, since BIAB is my preferred method.

Update; two weeks ago I brewed 1 gallon of a Cream Ale to test this carbonation method further, yesterday I bottles 5 bottles each with a different color of skittle with the remaining bottled using 1/2 tsp table sugar as a control.
