I also found this calculator on Morebeer's site. It has more options related to stirplates:

Re: Yeast Starter Calculators/Models
Let me add that there was a White/Zainasheff calculator at mrmalty.com but it does not work anymore.
There is a github project for the http://yeastcalculator.com/ site at this location https://github.com/dboyd13/YeastCalculator

Yeast Starter Calculators/Models
I am aware of two calculations for yeast starters. There is the Chris White/Jamil Zainasheff model and the Kai Troester models ( https://braukaiser.com ). The White/Zainasheff model is based on a diminishing return where adding more starter wort ultimately gives you no more yeast growth. The Braukai...

Chest Freezer and Refrigerator
I just saw this on Costco's website. Its a chest freezer that can also be a refrigerator. It has a way to drain condensate.
This might be better than a standard chest freezer used as a kegerator.
Here is the Costco site link: Costco Link

Re: What's your next Brew and what is different about it?
From my experience, banana comes from pitching rate. Temperature has not made much difference for me. I grow yeast to a 75% of the normal ale yeast pitch rate of .75 million cells per ml of wort per degree plato. So it would be 0.5625 million cells per ml of wort per degree plato. I do oxygenate the...

What's your next Brew and what is different about it?
I brewed a German Wheat (Hefeweizen) yesterday. My first brew in a year. I used Omega OLY-021 yeast, a first for me. I get score sheet comments about my Hefe needing more body so I have tried things in the past like using 2-row instead of Pilsner malt. I usually do a multi-step mash. This time I use...

Fermzilla on Wheels and Cleaning
I found these wheeled platforms to put my Fermzillas on. There were on Homebrew Finds. Got them from Amazon. They work great. My 5 gallon Fermzilla was leaking so I took it apart and gave it a bath in my kitchen sink. Then reassembled it with lots of Keg lube. No leaks now. Wheels1.jpg Wheels2.jpg B...

Kill Limbo Ciders and Seltzers Medal Category
The Limbo only had 4 entries in Ciders and Seltzers.
While I do enjoy being the Seltzer Master, I think we need to drop that category going forward.
Thoughts?

Water Heating Calculator with Electricity
Here is a link to a site that has a water heating calculator, https://bloglocation.com/art/water-heat ... ergy-power.
It has three calculators to determine time, power and energy for heating water (or wort). I might help you think about electric brewing.

The Brewzilla is engineered by Kegland in Australia. Those guys have great ideas. I have the Fermzillas and really like them. The key to the Fermzillas is to watch all their videos! For me personally, I like places with lots of traditional beer styles, i.e. not all hazy IPAs. I enjoy the sessionable beers. Four Bullets is a favorite. Bavarian Grill is good for German Bier. White Rock Ale House was good. Odd Muse usually has a couple of lagers. Londoner usually has London Pride....

Re: Imperial Dark Lager
I did not do much extract brewing so I am no expert. I always heard that you wanted to use a light LME and use the mini-mash grain for all the darker grain contributions. So I am questioning the LME Dark. Also note that the Munich LME is only 50% Munich, the rest being a base malt. Let it rip. See h...

Re: Beersmith calculated Attenuation
More of a Beersmith comment. I think I am ok with the magic that goes on inside Beersmith. At least this adjustment has the ability to control it. I wish all of these adjustments that Beersmith makes were documented somewhere. For instance, what goes on in the scaling procedure? There is a checkbox ...

Beersmith calculated Attenuation
I am building a recipe in Beersmith. When I look at the calculated attenuation, it seems too high. I found a setting in "Options->Advanced" that adjusts fermentability based on Mash temperature. Turning off Adjust FG for Mash Temp made Beersmith act as I expected. I do believe that differe...
