Re: TapCooler Counter Pressure bottle filler

I have a More Beer counter pressure filler I bought after I had a Blichmann Beer Gun for a couple of years. I liked the Beer Gun but I could not fill bottles with high carbonation like my Hefe with it, foamed excessively. The counter pressure filler solved that problem. I now use the counter pressur...

Re: Cutting corners to make a well rounded beer

I have very long brewdays. To make them resonable, I stage as much as I can the day before. Setup my TopTier stand. Run all the power and signal cables. Setup my table and get all measurement instruments ready. Weigh out my water salts. Load the HLT and MLT with their water. Weigh and crush my grain...

Re: Sir William's Bursting Can

The Twitter pic looks like a bad seam. Image

I think the can that burst on me had a defect in the seam also. Plus the beer was really carbonated and at room temp.

Gingerman Irving

There is still a Ginger Man in the area. It is in Irving. I have never been but I loved the Gman in Dallas. I think I need to go soon.

There is a tasting at the Gman Irving on Belgian beers. Here is the link to the Facebook event: Click Me

Re: Sir William's Bursting Can

I messaged Hop and Sting via Facebook Messenger. They finally replied and said they would replace the six pack but I would need to come to the brewery. I was not looking for free beer but rather to alert them that I had the problem. I am not feeling like plastering the event on Facebook at the moment.
