Of the January COC (did you really think you won the lottery ?)

Congratulations to Marcio Fazzani with his Old Ale, Terry Olinger with a Ordinary Bitter and Mark Rendon with his English Porter.

Special thanks to Steve Eppelman and James Smith for judging and extra thanks to Smitty for allowing us to take over his place for few hours. Reminder you collect Brewer Royale points for being a COC judge.

Thanks again to all who entered and can’t wait to see the entries for the March COC. Reregistration will open March 1st and close at 5pm March 14th (day of the club meeting).

We have 6 six entries this month looking for Judges, reminder that no experience is needed to be a judge.

Judging other fellow brewer’s beer is a great way to learn how to evaluate the beer you brew.

Reminder, the January COC registration closes Tuesday, Jan 10th at 5pm and entries ( 2 bottles ) are due at the club meeting at Bitter Sisters (Addison) this Tuesday, Jan 10th.
